Donate | Nevada Bar Foundation

With the generous contributions of State Bar of Nevada attorneys and our community partners, the Nevada Bar Foundation makes grants to organizations that provide pro bono legal services – benefiting Nevadans in need. The Foundation also supports law related education.

Contributions to the Nevada Bar Foundation (Tax ID: 88-0399023) are deemed charitable under section 501(a) of the internal revenue code as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3). Payments must be received before the end of the year to be eligible for a tax deduction in that year. There is no minimum contribution amount.

Donations may be marked as “Unrestricted,” allowing the Foundation’s Board of Trustees to direct funds as needed or “Dedicated” to a particular cause.
